On September 25 people coming to St. David's found a boat, a wreath, rigging and nautical instruments by the Sanctuary. We celebrate the Sea, and the men and women who work on it. The Sermon was given by the Chaplin of the Missions to Seamen. After the service the wreath was taken by boat and placed into the Fraser River in honour of those who have given their lives to the sea. John and Mary Horton work hard to create this event.
