We seek to be of service to one another and our communiy by walking in the footsteps of Christ, knowing his love through a committment to prayer, work, and the study of scripture.
Services: Sundays at 10 am, Wednesdays at 11 am. Wednesday lunches occur periodically; check here for updates.
SUNDAY SCHOOL AT ST. DAVID’S
Children at St David’s are very welcome to join in with worship and learning. During the Sunday Communion service at 10 am we have a Sunday School for ages 3-12 years. We begin the service with our families and after a children’s conversation we go to the Sunday School room to learn more from Bible stories, songs, play activities, prayer and crafts. We aim to help our children learn about God’s love through story, discussion, fun and creativity. We finish our time together by joining our families for Holy Communion and the closing hymns.
All teachers have had the Safe Church training.
As well as our Sunday and Wednesday services, we invite you at attend Morning Prayers---
Tuesdays 10am Daily Offices with Rev. Basvi. (Morning prayer cancelled for Jan. 27)
Bible Study: after the Wednesday Eucharist on days when there is no lunch (every 2 weeks)
Please check the "Events" section of the website to confirm weekday events before coming to the church.
We are situated on the ancestral lands of the Coast Salish peoples. For thousands of years prior to contact with European settlers these peoples lived on this land of beauty and abundance. We give thanks to the Musqueam, Squamish and tsleil-Watuth Nations, more specifically the Tsawwassen First Nations, as we gather here.
