We have had several events dedicated to fundraising for Ukraine families to come to Delta. Four families have been assisted to settle here. The fundraising began with the presentation of the musical "Pier 21" at South Delta Baptist Church, which brought together all of the community.
We fund raised for our "Raising the Roof" initiative with a concert by Rosemary Garr and Daniele Walker accompanied by Paul Kemp
All hands were on deck for the Spring Fair, which included a car wash. The Mistletoe Bazaar took place in November, funds went to the Ukranian families.
The concert "Christmas Presence" was something new for Tsawwassen and well attended.
